Most fitness apps fail because they hand you the elite program on day one. You skip leg day, miss a week, feel like a fraud, and quit. The grid does the opposite. Ten thousand steps for fourteen days is not the program. It's the entry exam.
Layering matters. Effort, capability, recovery. You don't get to optimise sleep with red light therapy if you can't walk to the letterbox without losing breath. Earn the next layer. Lose the baseline, lose the layers. That's the deal.
